This is a loud, funky and sweet natural process caturra from Finca La Indonesia in La Union, Nariño. It's fruity and creamy and reminds us of strawberries and crème brûlée!
Frank Torres is a pioneer in the Colombian specialty coffee world. The Torres family farm, Finca La Indonesia, has innovated Colombian specialty coffee production for over 40 years. Their farm is 90% organic and has helped transform the area from one of illicit trade and violence to a community of dedicated specialty coffee farmers.
Brew method:
We roast this coffee light and it is best enjoyed as a filter.
We recommend using a 16:1 water to coffee ratio (for example when using 20 grams of coffee, brew with 320ml of water) and a medium coarse grind.
