A rich and delicious natural process Red Catuai from Sitio Fazendinha, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It reminds us of chocolate brownie, hazelnut praline (think Ferrero Rocher!) and a light red wine (a pinot noir, perhaps).

This is a crisp, clean and sweet washed bourbon from Merci Fernandez's farm, La Pomarossa, in Peru. It reminds us of raspberry iced tea, pink guava and sweet lemon.
