Can I place an order for pickup?

Yes, simply click Order Now in the main menu. You will be redirected to our online ordering page where you can place an order for pickup.

How do I buy wholesale?

If you are interested in a wholesale account please click Wholesale in the main menu and fill in the application form. Once received, we will review and approve your account (typically within 8 hours).

Do you offer bulk ordering options?

If you are interested in buying your coffee in bulk we recommend purchasing directly from our website as larger bags are more cost effective per/100g. For Revelstoke customers you can collect your coffee from our Cafe downtown.

How do I join your loyalty program?

Can I buy your coffee beans in store and online?

Yes, we want to make getting your Dose as simple as possible so we stock our full range of coffee both online and instore at our Cafe. Our other stockists include Mountain Goodness, Southside Grocery and Le Marche in Revelstoke. Outside of Revelstoke you will find Dose Coffee at Eight Ounce (Calgary), Ratio (Vernon). Aplaceto Land (Chilliwack).

How fresh are your coffee beans?

We roast to order every Monday so you can rest assured knowing that your order will be fulfilled with only the freshest of beans.

Where is your coffee sourced from?

We source our beans from a variety of coffee growing regions from all across the globe. We work with reputable importers such as Forward Coffee, Apex Imports and Sucafina Specialty.

Where is your coffee roasted?

We roast our coffee right here in Revelstoke, BC at our own facility.

Can I book events or private gatherings at your cafe?

Can I set up and do work in the cafe?

Yes, of course. However, we ask that there is no computer camping during peak periods. We have free wifi available for cafe customers. We unfortunately do not have power outlets for charging your devices.

Do you offer catering?

Yes, we can offer catering for small groups. If you are interested please email with the details and we will do our best to accommodate. Note a minimum of 7 days notice is required. Alternatively, you can place a large group order online via the Order Now button.
