How do I order?
Once we’ve created your wholesale account you’ll be able to conveniently place your orders online via our website.
When will my order ship?
All of our wholesale orders are shipped on Wednesday every week.
Do you have an order deadline?
Yes, all wholesale orders received by midnight Sunday (Pacific Time) will be roasted on Monday/Tuesday and dispatched by Wednesday. Orders received after this time will roast and ship the following week.
How do I update my shipping information?
As you will have a personalized wholesale login you can update your shipping information conveniently online.
How often does your coffee offering change?
Our House offering is available year round. Our Premium single origin filters rotate regularly. We typically have a couple of new coffee releases each month.
