Natural processed Ethiopian coffees are a huge staff favourite and it's been a while since we've had one on our roster! 850 small lot farmers contribute coffee to Testi's Nensebo washing station in West Arsi. Exemplary processing standards and ideal growing conditions allow for this typically fruit forward and delicious natural coffee, We taste vibrant mixed berries, citrus acidity, earl grey tea with a smooth creamy body.

Filter: 16:1 water-to-coffee ratio (e.g., 20g coffee to 320ml water), medium-coarse grind
